Adecco est présentement à la recherche d'un technicien de soutien temporaire à temps plein pour notre client à Sept-Iles, QC. Notre client est un innovateur technologique de premier plan. Ce poste requiert une connaissance technique pertinente de Windows 10 et de la suite de produits Microsoft Office. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de fournir un soutien technique continu et d'assurer la maintenance des systèmes de production et de développement et des produits logiciels. Responsabilités :

Fournir un soutien technique et une maintenance continus des systèmes de production et de développement et des produits logiciels (distants et sur site) et pour les services configurés s'exécutant sur diverses plates-formes (fonctionnant dans un modèle d'exploitation et des processus définis)
Fournir un soutien de matériel / logiciel et mettre en œuvre la technologie au niveau du système d'exploitation dans tous les domaines du serveur et du réseau, et pour des solutions logicielles / fournisseurs / marques particuliers. Le travail inclut le dépannage de niveau L1 et L2/ de base et intermédiaire
Compréhension technique démontrée d'un large éventail d'environnements d'infrastructure informatique
Solide compréhension d'un service à la clientèle efficace
Connaissances techniques pertinentes de Windows 10 et de la suite de produits Microsoft Office
Capacité à dépanner et à résoudre les défaillances matérielles de bureau
Construire un nouvel ordinateur portable et avoir suffisamment de connaissances sur le processus d'imagerie
Soutien mobile: iOS et Android
Prise en charge de base de l'imprimante

Qualifications requises :

Être légalement admissible à travailler et résider au Canada
Compréhension technique démontrée d'un large éventail d'environnements d'infrastructure informatique
Solide compréhension d'un service à la clientèle efficace
Connaissances techniques pertinentes de Windows 10 et de la suite de produits Microsoft Office

Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time Site Support Technician for our client in Sept-Iles , QC. Our client is a best in class technology innovator. This role requires relevant technical knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite of products. In this role you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Eligible to enroll in Adecco Benefits program from day 1! No waiting period required!

Pay rate: $27-29 /hour
Location: Sept-Iles, QC
Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Job type: Temporary, Full-time

Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes)
Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting
Demonstrated technical understanding of a broad range IT infrastructure environments
Strong understanding of effective customer service
Relevant technical knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office suite of products
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware faults
Build new laptop and have sufficient knowledge on the imaging process
Mobile support: iOS and Android
Basic printer support

Qualifications:

Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Demonstrated technical understanding of a broad range IT infrastructure environments
Strong understanding of effective customer service
Relevant technical knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office suite of products
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware faults
