Done-Rite Tire & Auto is a full-service automotive repair facility in Thunder Bay, Ontario. We provide vehicle inspections, preventative maintenance, and a full range of repair services.

Done-Rite Tire & Auto is one of Thunder Bay’s leading tire suppliers. We are an authorized Bridgestone/Firestone dealer and carry a large selection of popular tire sizes. We also stock many other tire brands you know and trust, such as Michelin, BF Goodrich, Yokohama and Cooper.

JOB DESCRIPTION

A Brake & Alignment Technician is a skilled member of the Service Department who reports to the Store Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

A Brake & Alignment Technician is responsible for performing the following duties:

Diagnose and repair worn brake parts
Perform alignments on all makes/models of vehicles/trucks
Ensure Alignment Equipment is in good repair.
Keep his/her work area clean and organized.

The Employee’s productivity will be monitored. Employees will be expected to perform in accordance with industry standards, as well as standards specific to Done-Rite Tire & Auto.

The hours in the Service Department are 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

REQUIREMENTS

In order to be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

A valid Ontario Driver’s License
Previous experience performing mechanical work/alignments
Good interpersonal and communication skills
