Job Summary

We are recruiting for an experienced Millwright for a direct hire opportunity in Oakville, ON within a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a skilled industrial maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment in a stable, safety-focused workplace.

The Millwright will play a key role in keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently through repairs, overhauls, upgrades, inspections, and preventive maintenance. Key Responsibilities

Perform repairs, overhauls, upgrades, and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete corrective maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and equipment documentation.
Assemble, disassemble, inspect, align, and test machinery and mechanical components.
Follow all safety procedures, lockout requirements, and maintenance standards during all repair and installation work.
Work collaboratively with maintenance, operations, and production teams to support efficient manufacturing operations.

Compensation and Benefits

Direct hire opportunity.
Competitive pay of $43.18 to $47.31 per hour.
$0.55 per hour night shift premium.
