It's an exciting time to join Score’s Edmonton, Alberta team. We are looking for a Contract Focal Point to support our office Repairs Hub. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your skills, while using your valve experience and knowledge with a global company. The Contract Focal Point acts as the main interface between the company and the client and will report directly to the Technical Sales Lead. The Focal Point has a defined client portfolio and will be responsible for managing the overall service to the client.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards, and work instructions.
Provide immediate support to all disciplines and interface function for all aspects of Score and customer organizations for valve and actuator related activities.
Maximization of all opportunities and development of contractual work scope to continuously improve the working relationships with customer base.
Coordination of the planning process and contract performance to ensure delivery against contractual and internal KPI’s and monthly/quarterly performance meetings.
Management of all new supply activities including approval of purchase requisitions documentation (Pro-Arc), maintenance of client specific requirements and resolution QA queries.
Management and reporting of all PSV recertification and campaign activities.
Management and reporting of general valve and actuator repair activities.
Management, planning, preparation, and execution of all site work and compiling of initial work packs and submittal of close out report.
Approval of all invoicing in accordance with the authorization limits and financial review of job performance.
Approval, accuracy, and submission of bi-weekly status reports as per client’s requirements.
Submission and checking of monthly or quarterly performance reports as required within the applicable contracts.
Management of work in progress (WIP) and ensuring the document is always maintained and up to date.
Management and updating of the Score Internal client Contract Management Plans.
Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications & Experience

High School Diploma with 2 years experience in a previous focal point or customer support role
Experience in a technical or engineering environment (ideally within the valve industry)
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.

Working Conditions

Work in indoor office 100% of the time
Some travel may be required
