Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Scheduling Coordinator to facilitate between the field and office, and ensure quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating information on jobs, communicating updates, and multi-tasking scheduling dates and timesheet paperwork. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in construction, or related fields, to contribute to high-quality earthworks production. The position requires strong organizational skills, familiarity with blueprints and locates, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and schedules
Collect relevant data from various online or direct sources for analysis and reporting purposes
Review blueprints, schematics, and locate documents to facilitate accurate construction planning and billing
Communicate estimating changes between field and customers for accounting
Support the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with site supervisors, contractors, and customers to streamline field operations

Requirements

Proven experience or knowledge in an office, or construction/related fields
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret blueprints and grading plans
Experience in data collection, quality control, and construction processes
Ability to read and understand construction plans, schematics, and locate papers
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong communication skills for reporting findings and coordinating with team members and field
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Prior experience in construction is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
