What You'll Be Wrenching On:
· Diving into diagnostics and fixing a variety of vehicle issues with speed and precision.
· Tackling routine maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs.
· Staying ahead of the curve by identifying potential problems before they escalate.
· Keeping your workspace spotless and organized, ensuring safety and efficiency every step of the way.
· Always be ready to team up and tackle anything - whether it’s a tricky repair or lending a hand where it’s needed most, you're all in.
· Reviewing work orders and discussing work with supervisor
· Inspecting motor operation, road test motor vehicle, and test automotive systems and components using computerized diagnostic and other testing devices to diagnose and isolate faults
· Adjusting, repairing or replacing parts and components of automotive systems including fuel system, brakes, steering and suspension, engine and drive train, emission control and
exhaust, cooling and climate control, and electrical and electronic systems using hand tools and other specialized automotive repair equipment
· Testing and adjusting repaired systems to manufacturer's performance specifications
· Performing scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups
· Advising customers on work performed, general vehicle condition and future repair requirements.

What We're Looking For:
· Graduate of General Motors Automotive Service Educational Program through an accredited institution (i.e., SAIT or NAIT) is an asset. Work experience will be considered in lieu of education
· Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
· Aspire to obtain or currently hold GM Grand Master Technician Certification
· Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as Techline Connect and/or SI (Service Information) is an asset
· Possess a valid class 5 Alberta driver's license and provide a clean driving record
· Five (5) years of relevant (i.e., GMC/Chevrolet dealership) experience preferred
· You’re a self-starter who’s hungry to grow and make an impact
