Overview
The Internet Sales position is a dynamic role that focuses on engaging potential customers through online platforms. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, utilizing various digital channels to promote products and services effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience for clients.

General Motors Sales Experience Required

Duties

Engage with customers via online chat, email, and social media to answer inquiries and provide product information.
Utilize sales techniques to upsell products and services, enhancing the overall value for customers.
Maintain an understanding of the dealership's inventory and market trends to effectively communicate benefits to potential buyers.
Process online orders and ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding their purchases.
Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing online sales performance.
Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the dealership's CRM system.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.

Skills

Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
Strong customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
Proficient in math for accurate pricing and transaction handling.
Proven sales experience, particularly in retail or dealership environments.
Ability to effectively upsell products based on customer needs and preferences.
