Full job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented employees to support daily operations across our client’s cannabis facility in Pelham, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for sanitation, harvesting, drying and curing, trimming, and packaging activities while following established standard operating procedures.

Location: Highway 41 and Pelham Rd S, Pelham, ON

Wage Rate: $17.60/h

Shift: Day Shift 7am-3.30pm (Mon-Fri)

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform sanitation, cultivation, and processing tasks as required throughout the facility

· Hand watering, spacing, cloning, pruning, transplanting, leafing, tying, harvesting

· Complete all required documentation and production records accurately

· Assist with post-harvest breakdown and cleanup

· Handle cannabis waste collection and destruction in accordance with procedures

· Operate trimming and packaging equipment safely and efficiently

· Other duties as per team lead/Supervisor’s instructions

Qualifications

· Previous experience in a cannabis cultivation environment with a Licensed Producer is considered an asset

· Relevant education in cannabis harvesting or experience in food, GMP, or pharmaceutical packaging is preferred

· Ability to lift between 20 and 50 pounds comfortably
