We are seeking a Logistics & Business Analysis Manager to provide leadership for our inventory, logistics, and distribution operations. This role oversees the cooler, loading, and transportation teams, ensuring the efficient, accurate, and cost-effective fulfillment and delivery of products throughout our North American supply chain. Beyond day-to-day operations, the successful candidate will leverage data analysis, route optimization, performance measurement, and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness, improve customer service, and support strategic business decisions. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine operational leadership with analytical insight to drive continuous improvement across a dynamic and growing business.
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
