Full job description

Position Description:

Are you a results-driven individual with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving sales? Rich Media is looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is primarily focused on sales and client management—helping financial clients achieve their business goals through our innovative digital marketing solutions.

This is a full-time in-office position.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
Actively seek out new business opportunities to expand our client portfolio.
Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, and project managers) to deliver solutions that exceed client expectations.
Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying client needs and providing tailored marketing strategies.
Create compelling proposals and presentations to effectively communicate solutions to clients.

What You Bring:

Exceptional English verbal and written skills: You’ll need to clearly articulate ideas, and build trust with clients through professional, highly responsive communication.
A university or college degree: A strong academic background to support your professional skills.
Knowledge of financial products: High level of familiarity with financial products and services to better understand and address client needs.
A proven track record in sales, account management, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal skills and a gift for relationship-building.
A deep understanding of digital marketing and the ability to translate client needs into actionable strategies.
Solid self-motivation, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to have fun with our pool table, pin ball machine, air hockey table, and regular celebration events
