Full job description

We are a short-term accommodations and asset development company focused on acquiring, developing, and activating high-potential assets for production and long-term income generation. We currently control several unique assets with significant untapped potential and are entering a major growth phase focused on bringing those assets online in efficient, profitable, and scalable ways.

We are seeking a highly motivated Part-Time Operations Manager who wants more than just employment. We are looking for someone with entrepreneurial drive — an individual who wants to help build systems, execute projects, create value, and participate in the long-term growth and ownership of a developing business.

This is a ground-floor opportunity with meaningful upside for the right person.

About the Role

You will work directly with ownership to help manage operations, coordinate projects, improve systems, and assist in bringing multiple assets and income streams into active production.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, organizing, solving problems, and helping turn ideas and underutilized assets into functioning businesses and revenue-generating operations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operational activities across multiple projects and assets.
Help develop and implement systems, processes, and workflows to support business growth.
Coordinate contractors, maintenance, vendors, and service providers.
Assist in planning and executing development and production initiatives.
Support budgeting, expense tracking, scheduling, and operational reporting.
Help identify and implement new income-generating opportunities.
Assist with business organization, project management, and operational scaling.
Manage and grow social media and online presence to support business growth and asset visibility.
Contribute ideas, strategy, and execution support as new ventures and projects are launched.

What We’re Looking For

Strong entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter mentality.
Someone motivated by building long-term value and helping grow a business.
Organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts.
Experience in operations, project coordination, business development, property management, or related fields is an asset.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with social media, branding, marketing, or content creation is valuable.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with spreadsheets, digital tools, and operational software.
Someone who takes ownership and wants to grow alongside the business.
