Our client is in an industry leader in the Energy industry. They are looking for a Manager, Internal Reporting to join their team!

About the Opportunity

Manages the monthly review of regional and consolidated financial reports;
Ensures corporate accounting policies, procedures and internal controls are applied consistently;
Oversees the company’s consolidation and planning system (SAP BPC);
Oversees the development of financial reports to be used at the regional and consolidated levels of the company;
Supports the preparation and review of the quarterly and year-end financial statements;
Assist in the continuous improvement of the reporting processes;
Provides supervision, guidance and support to team of 4 accounting professionals;
Promotes a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, collaboration and communication

About You

8+ years of progressive accounting experience in financial accounting and reporting.
CPA designated (CAD or International).
Strong IFRS knowledge and experience with complex accounting transactions.
Supervisory / managerial experience.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate financial information into clear, actionable guidance for non-financial partners.
Experience in multi-jurisdictional and multi-currency companies is preferred.
Experience in the O&G industry is preferred.

Salary Range
$148,000 - $248,000/year
