Nous recherchons un chef privé expérimenté et passionné pour soutenir une résidence de campagne dans les Laurentides. Ce poste convient parfaitement à un professionnel de la cuisine qui privilégie des ingrédients frais, une cuisine simple mais raffinée et un mode de vie sain. Le chef sera responsable de la préparation des repas quotidiens (petit-déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner), en mettant l'accent sur des produits saisonniers et de grande qualité.

Responsabilités principales

Planifier et préparer les petits-déjeuners, déjeuners et dîners sur place
Réaliser des plats au BBQ et grillés, des salades fraîches et des repas légers axés sur la santé
Sélectionner et travailler avec des produits frais, saisonniers et de haute qualité, y compris l’utilisation de légumes et d’herbes provenant directement du site
Maintenir une cuisine propre, organisée et professionnelle
Adapter les menus selon les préférences, les besoins alimentaires et la disponibilité saisonnière
Gérer efficacement la préparation des repas dans le cadre d’un horaire axé sur la fin de semaine

Qualifications requises

Expérience professionnelle en tant que chef privé ou chef de ligne senior
Solides compétences en grillades, BBQ et cuisine fraîche
Bonne connaissance des techniques de cuisine saine
Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et à assurer un service complet de repas
Haut niveau de discrétion, de professionnalisme et de fiabilité
Formation culinaire (un atout)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Private Chef to support a country residence in the Laurentians. This role is ideal for a culinary professional who values fresh ingredients, simple yet refined cuisine, and a healthy lifestyle. The Chef will be responsible for preparing daily meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a focus on seasonal, high quality products.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and prepare breakfasts, lunches, and dinners on-site
Execute BBQ and grilled dishes, fresh salads, and light, health focused meals
Source and work with fresh, high quality, seasonal products including the use of vegetables and herbs directly from the location.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment
Adapt menus to preferences, dietary needs, and seasonal availability
Manage food preparation efficiently across a weekend-based schedule
Required Qualifications
Professional experience as a Private Chef or Senior Line Chef
Strong skills in grilling, BBQ preparation, and fresh cuisine
Knowledge of healthy cooking techniques
Ability to work independently and manage full meal service
High standards of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
Culinary training is an asset
