Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the integrity of our financial data. This role requires proficiency in various accounting software and a strong understanding of corporate finance principles. The Bookkeeper will play a vital role in supporting our financial operations, including bank reconciliations, account analysis, and assisting with audits and budgeting processes. Need to speak Mandarin(Chinese).
Duties
- Manage and maintain accurate bookkeeping records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, and Accountants’ tools.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and internal records.
- Conduct account reconciliation and account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors.
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Support auditing activities by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Monitor financial transactions for compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in budgeting processes by providing relevant financial data and analysis.
- Generate financial reports to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate recording of financial data.
Requirements
- Proven experience with bookkeeping, accounting, or related financial roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and account analysis.
- Familiarity with corporate finance practices including budgeting and auditing procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of payroll processing is preferred but not required.
