Full job description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present menu items efficiently
Complete daily closing duties
Stock the line and organize inventory
Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness standards
Deliver high‑quality food and service to guests
Collaborate effectively with team members
Maintain a friendly and respectful attitude toward guests and co‑workers
Understand and be knowledgeable about the full menu

Skills & Qualifications

One or more years of line cook experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent attention to detail
Required Certifications:
Food Handlers Certificate
WHMIS
First Aid
Strong teamwork skills
Availability to work on call
Flexible schedule
Consistently reliable, showing up on time and ready to work every scheduled shift
Willingness to learn
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Team‑first mindset
