Location: Scarborough, ON
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Overview

Career1 is currently hiring a Receptionist for a busy and growing printing company. The ideal candidate will have previous receptionist or administrative experience in a similar fast-paced environment and be comfortable managing front desk operations, customer inquiries, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers, visitors, and delivery personnel professionally
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Handle customer inquiries and provide information regarding company services
Receive and distribute mail and courier packages
Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars
Perform data entry, filing, and document management
Prepare paperwork, invoices, and administrative reports as required
Maintain an organized and professional reception area
Provide administrative support to various departments

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of receptionist or administrative experience.
Previous experience in a printing, packaging, signage, graphics, manufacturing, or production environment is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor.
