Full job description

Position:

Hyflodraulic Limited is currently recruiting a full time Journeyman Industrial Mechanic (Millwright - Red Seal).

The Ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, strong communication and relationship building skills, will allow you to work effectively with our internal and external customers.

A Monday to Friday position, overtime and weekends are sometime required.

Qualifications:

Possess a Journeyman Industrial Mechanic (Millwright - Red Seal) Certification.
Ability/ willingness to learn and to pass on new and past experiences.
Ability to work alone or in a team environment.
Service and trouble shoot mechanical and hydraulic systems.
Interpret drawings and manufacture components and equipment.
Offshore Travel will be required.
Drug and Alcohol Testing.

Desired Qualifications:

Previous Millwright experience in a Hydraulic environment.
Industrial Hydraulic Technician, IFP.
Welding and machining processes.
Offshore experience.
BST, Offshore Medical, H2S and WHMIS.

Duties to Include:

Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
Preventive maintenance on mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
Pressure Testing, Flushing and chemical cleaning.
Fabrication of parts, or systems.
Scope out jobs, determine materials and labor requirements, and complete assessments.
Complete reports as required. Complete requisitions for items that need to be purchased or stock items.
Final testing and product verification.
Abide by all safety rules and regulations and Reporting Non-conformance.
Attend required training as needed.
Housekeeping.
Offshore travel, by Sea vessel and Helicopter.

RRSP Matching at 5%.
Paid Vacation. 3 weeks to start.
Overtime paid at 1.5X Monday to Saturday. 2X for Sundays.
Offshore work pays uplift to regular wage.
Training as required.
