Full job description

We are looking for dedicated individuals that have a passion for changing and impacting lives. Here at ProActive, we guide clients through their own unique fitness/health journey, we help a broad range of members achieve their goals through a personalized and fun workout program. We hire individuals who want to deliver a great experience!

Maybe you have just your mornings or evenings available. We are flexible and will work with your schedule to allow you to coach on certain days and times. Do you already have a full time career but would like to unleash your passion during our 6am, 5:30pm or 6:50pm classes? We would be happy to chat!

Responsibilities and duties:

Perform fitness assessments/consultations
Design custom, appropriate workouts/programing for your clients
Deliver a safe and fun workout.
Keep your clients accountable.
Help your clients learn and grow

Qualifications and skills:

A current personal training certification from a recognized certifying body.
CPR.
Other certifications would be great.
Experience is recommended but not required

Here at ProActive Training Our Mission is to provide the most inviting, educational, functional and exciting fitness programs that meet the needs of the entire family.

We deliver in person personal training programs at our state of the art training studio. We also support our diverse membership base in our functional group training programs that we host 4 times per day.

We are seeking to hire full-time/part time individuals that have a passion for fitness and health.

We onboard all of our coaches through our ProActive Training methods and ensure that you are set up for a successful career as a Fitness coach.

We provide hands on training and skill development throughout our onboarding process. We ensure that you are competent at effectively planning, demonstrating, coaching and cueing various foundational movements. We will help facilitate growth by providing you with a diverse client base and we will support you as you become an expert coach.

We provide a fun and interactive working environment, weekly team meetings, community events, we provide you with your uniform and all the tools you need to succeed!

Part-time hours: 15-40 hours per week

Salary: $17-$50/hour/per completed session.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
