We are seeking a detail-oriented Fit Technician & Quality Control Specialist to join a reputable fashion company in Montreal.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct fit sessions and evaluate samples for fit, sizing, comfort, and quality
Provide fit comments and technical recommendations to suppliers
Maintain measurement specifications and technical documentation
Approve development, pre-production, and production samples
Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards
Identify quality issues and support corrective actions with suppliers
Create and update technical sketches and specification packages in Adobe Illustrator
Track samples, specifications, and quality reports using Excel

Requirements

5+ years of experience in fit, technical design, or quality control
Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, measurements, and quality assurance
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Experience working with overseas suppliers and manufacturers
