We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Retail Leader who can inspire a team, drive operational excellence, and elevate the customer experience across all departments.

Position Overview

This role requires a motivated and committed leader with a strong background in retail sales and team management. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, lead by example, and ensure the highest standards of customer service and operational performance are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Guide, motivate, and support staff to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
Manage inventory levels and make informed stock control decisions
Merchandise product
Maintain exceptional standards in customer service, product quality, and health & safety
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Create and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently
Lead employee training and ongoing development initiatives
Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions
Provide coaching, performance feedback, and corrective action when required
Organize workflow and clearly communicate responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain a strong, visible presence on the sales floor and support all departments as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous experience in a comparable leadership role (retail preferred)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and stabilize a team
Proven ability to multitask, delegate effectively, and follow through
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with computer networks
Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and product knowledge
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends
Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 30 lbs, extended standing and walking, climbing, kneeling, and crouching
