Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Development
-
Develop strategic plans to be implemented by customer teams that will achieve client's overall sales objectives while staying within trade spend guidelines
Client Management
-
Coordinate and organize category reviews for key categories with key customers

Attend key meetings with customers and their teams
-
Build strong customer relationships at mid to senior level of the organization
Revenue Budget Achievement
-
Meet and exceed annual revenue budget by achieving objectives and expanding the Company services where applicable
Trade Plan System
-
Work closely with customer teams and administration to ensure the client's proprietary trade planning system is accurate and updated
Administrative Support
-
Ensure all administrative activities are completed as necessary
Annual Meeting
-
Prepare for and conduct annual meeting with Senior Management

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job
Education

University degree, college diploma or equivalent job-related experience
Experience
-
Minimum 5 years progressively responsible experience in the consumer packaged goods industry either with a manufacturer or sales agency

5 years successfully managing a P&L, budgeting and forecasting, managing client expectations either personally or through a team
-
5 years previous experience with managing direct reports

Office / Sedentary Requirements
Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
