Position Summary This role contributes to the success of hourly associates, Mid-Level Managers, Assistant Managers, and Assistant Managers in Training through communication, coordination, and facilitation of Wal-Mart classes and core training programs. While based at a Store of Learning location the incumbent may also travel from time to time to deliver in-market training at store and district level.
