Responsibilities: -Provide first level support to support center at the network level. -Oversee the day to day operation of the network, configuring various hardware/software and documenting changes. -Analyze/solve problems in communications systems, if necessary contacting the appropriate vendor to resolve issues. -Perform analysis and capacity planning; make recommendations to improve services. -Manages service levels of the network: including network reliability, availability and serviceability. -Analyze and interpret reports from data systems in order to fine tune network. -Manage changes in the network, planning and implementing changes: analyzing RFP's (Request For Proposals), ordering equipment and software required to support the systems, working with contractors for cabling and...
