    POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager, Compensation provides compensation consulting services to support the various aspects of the Bank's Non-Executive Compensation Programs. This position is responsible for research, analysis, design and implementation of non-executive compensation programs. This position is also responsible for communicating key aspects of the various compensation programs, dealing directly with external consultants, as well as various members of Scotiabank's HR and Executive teams. With several years of experience in market survey analysis, the Manager, Compensation will provide day-to-day guidance to a team of Consultants, which involves co-ordination of key compensation deliverables.
