Equipment is unsafe and poorly maintained.   They expect you to operate unsafe equipment and do illegal stuff. When you bring an issue to their attention they basically p*ss on your head and tell you it's raining.  Preferential treatment to east indian drivers and relatives of the management.  Garry from head office is a very polite and reasonable manager and the other drivers are easy to get along with. 

I work good in the afternoons. And if the machine that I am driving is operating properly, I can get a job done and see it before my eyes, which is satisfying.
The downside is that my work in the afternoons is very dusty and dirty and keeping the unit clean is my least favourite part of the job 

overall it's been a great experience. The dispatch team is always responsive and clear about expectations, and they've been really good about communicating any changes to routes or schedules. The pay is competitive and I feel like I'm treated fairly. The trucks are well-maintained, and I appreciate the support I get from the maintenance team when needed. I'd recommend this company to other drivers looking for a good place to work.

The company offers good hourly wage, but not many hours to pay bills.
Snow plow in winter but then the company pays absolutely zero for over a month in the spring!
HR is overbearing looking for violations to report due to a camera aimed at the driver in the cab.
Employees change often .
Many leave due to inconsistent work.
It's because of such things that I am leaving asap.

A&G Road Cleaners is an excellent company. Management is great. They are easy to talk to . Keep you informed.  If you have any concerns they listen and will help you. Also if you have any concerns with your truck mechanicaly there is an app. They will fix any problems with equipment . Or if you have a break down they will send Mechanic to you. They have new and old equipment.

if there is any personal issues I'm dealing with I know that there is someone in management I can go to, to seek advise and guidance.

I love my job the versatility of my job !! Management and coworkers are amazing to work with. It's the first company I've worked for actually appreciate their drivers and have driver appreciation day.. and employee of the month. This is an amazing company to work for where everyone is equal. No complaints just happy to go to work everyday for a great company 😀 🙂 

Unorganized poor communication ungrateful and unappreciative they go extra mile to rip you off instead of thanking you for goin the extra mile to make everything work and run smoothly 

I love the fact that there is always something to do. The company continues to grow year over year which open more opportunity for current staff. Management is fantastic at identifying hard working employees
