What is the best part of working at the company?
It was money and raises every 6 months but towards the end last 5years its been poor .. 
Some years no raise then .50 cent raise.
Free food was good but feels like they are paying you off to shut up and work.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not knowing when you will be terminated .
If you are not in the social club, if you dont kiss up to your supervisor you are a gooner.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Outside building stinks  as they pump out the ceptik tank in the ditch behind the shop.
The hr won't help you, so keep your head down and do your job, and maybe you won't get fired.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Punch in leave lunch in one of 2 freezers, then go to my station and see what work is left from afternoon  shift. See what is compleeted and what shape it is in. Talk to the supervisor to see if anything needs to be slipped in, then follow the que on one of the monitors.

Gaining experience and learning new things is the biggest asset of this shop. The scale of the business will expose an employee to a wide range of ideas and practices that can be grown upon. A typical day for a CMM operator / program includes checking and certifying automotive check fixtures. The hardest part of the job is getting use to the software that is used to check fixture and working on such a large team. There are many benefits to working here and it is a fair shop to work for.

25 years in my trade. Most in the capacity as a supervisor leader. Never in my life have I ever been so miss treated. I worked 10 years here. Thinking that the problems were middle manager. They are not. They are the poorest leadership from a top management team I have ever seen. You will be spoken about. You will be spoken for through someone else. And never spoken too. The most toxic work environment in the city.

To enter the building you are provided with a key fob, its very convenient. You can sign in with your fingerprint on the sign in computers. you get a 45 minute lunch break and a few 15 minute paid breaks throughout the day. To sign out is easy just fill out a work record, scan your finger print and leave.

Great mismanagement of time which translates into more work and stress for the guys on the floor
They have pushed the guys on the floor for so long that none of them care anymore. 
Increased responsibility without reward

Competitive but fair! Always willing to help, pays well with other added benefits. No where is perfect, but for a secured job, it’s a good place. When I was there, they did dinner/bbq/pizza days, which was always a morale booster. 

Words cannot describe how unimportant and wasted my time feels here. If you're not related to anyone in management you're not going to go anywhere in this company. Prepare to be bullied by management,  who sees you as no more then a number, into doing grunt work forever. 

They under pay but over work all employees, they yell and talk down to employees and force employees to do what they want through intimidation and throw your job security as a threat to get what they want.

This company is a successful fast growing company, great co-workers and room for movement.  Long hour, but it's expected from a rapidly growing company.

Management is just plan terrible here. Always with mind games making you feel like you always need to watch your back. You will have no Life Balance here.
