One of the best companies I have ever worked for. During my time there I gained valuable skills and self confidence. They always gave me enough time to complete my tasks without pressure which enhanced my ability to perform better with comfort and passion. They allowed me to grow and supported me in every way. The company was also very understanding of personal life circumstances and gave me full freedom and trust. In return I always performed my duties with professionalism and from the heart. Special thanks to my Manager who was my direct supervisor. He truly represents the right person in the right place. An outstanding leader and mentor. The CEO of this company thinks yelling at people is a good way of showing he appreciates them, maintenance workers have absolutely no clue what they’re doing as equipment breaks while working on site. Boss didn’t really teach crew how to do any of work well. Breaks are very unorganized as well as you can be working for 9 hours straight then get a 30 min break.

Management belittles and calls you names. They expect fixes when it is absolutely impossible to fix something. Went in one morning and found an employee inebriated. Bad safety culture, as in it is non-existent. One of the owners exhibits an inferiority complex and compensates by yelling at his staff. Extremely high turnover rate in all trades.

Every day is a good day to work at Aaa Striping

Never know what shift you are on.
Lack of organization with immediate super.
Living accommodations bad. Double bunked.
Stranded when on a job: food and washing clothes.
No company vehicle to get anyplace.
Equipment below par at best for safety and maintenance.
Constant dodging weigh scales.

Long hours lots of opportunities for overtime pay seasonal work lots and f traveling owner and son are good people laid back mostly un supervised easy going.  Not much room for advancement except time. Unforgiving of mistakes but if you work well you will be rewarded with more work. 

Going into my 3rd season working here for the summer months. Have seen an improvement in the guys I work with. lots of time spent driving all over the  alberta. Pay was pretty good, starting to get used to all the hours.

Very bad place to work at the boss/ owner has apalute no respect for any of his employees. Your always being yelled at.talked down to.
Equipment is always broken. And un safe.
No sense of direction. Very un 

Just a very baby place to work at.organized.

Long uncomfortable hours, high impact to body, uncertainty of accommodations and inconsistent break times. Some jobs were more enjoyable than others like spraying instead of moving the frame.  good conversations and interesting people.

Variety of tasks in workplace makes the day go by. Work with great people where there is a team atmosphere.
