We had to either dump or stack berry. Sometimes we had to clean up after the shift. Learned how to cooperate with each other when the supervisor wasn't there. Management was pretty good and respectful. The hardest part of the job was stacking the heavy boxes. The most enjoyable part was to drive the forklift when we had to move something.

I didn't like how unorganized the job was, I had to find where everything was which was scattered throughout the warehouse and the lunchroom as well as the supplies.

Nobody stayed on top of the order of supplies and nobody fixed nothing that was broken when it was reported.

I had many different positions at this job which was good because it was always changed up and I had a quite a few friends working here so everyone was friendly it was a bit of a messy job because of the berries hardest part of the job was because of the hours it was a graveyard shift.

At Abbotsford Growers everyone you met was understanding and nice. I got to know new people and even the people that had been working before understood each other. Everyone always helped each other and everything was great. The owners although could get cocky at times but it is understandable because of how hard he works.

Great learning experience with heavy machinery and supervision of canary workers. Working drum line to supervising the new employees for the first time in this kind of work place made it a lot easier to show them the right way work should be done.

Hard summer job with long hours of labour and poor management that made it confusing for employees. Work schedule was also confusing but mangement may have changed

I enjoyed the lot when, I worked there.All co worker was very helpful and co operative.The most enjoyable part of this job was all member work together and help each other.

The farm is owned by my relatives. I worked there in the summer of 2011. I helped make boxes, pack berries, and picked out the bad berries on the belt.

I worked at Abbotsford Growers for only like a month when I was in grade 11 and I enjoyed it because it was my first job but it used to get very cold in the freezer where I used to work.
