It's a pretty good company to work for, depending on your manager. They finally accepted to let employees work from home after being acquired by Harris Computers (a division of Constellation Software). However, where I am, upper management constantly changes their minds on the priorities and don't communicate these changes to their subordinates, which means a lot of confusion and time wasted (as well as frustration).

Fast growing company. They are taking care of their people with a lot of flexibility about the conciliation work and family. My job was to sell new business project, and taking care of the Sage 300  installed base customers. Those sales cycles are around 2 month and 12 month so you have to stay focus and be creative to be in touch with the customer. Of corse celebrate a new win with the team is one of the enjoyable part of the job.

This is an amazing company to work for, they treat you like part of the team right from day one.  The more you want to learn the more they are willing to reach you.  There is a lot to learn but they are all there to help you every step of the way.  I would highly recommended this company.

Once the company was bought it started to change and not for the better. As time went on it got worse. The company is not long for this world. This company is going nowhere fast.
