I would honestly give a -5 rating if I could. Here's the truth about working in the Health and Beauty department... 

1) Department has little to no communication amongst teams with very  poor collaboration. Senior leadership team sets high expectations without communicating it to the rest of the team. Everyone/every team is on different pages, which makes you all scattered brain. 
2) Poor senior leadership support and management - literally no room for growth.. at all. Seems like the company encourages and promotes external hires vs internal hiring. If you're one of those people who actually gets promoted, you're very very lucky but for the rest of us, no chance at all. Leadership often hands you more work without additional compensation and  doesn't consider workload amount and burn out as factors to these additional responsibilities, leading to increase absenteeism and less productivity. 
3) Unrealistic timelines - All  tasks have an immediate urgency to it but realistically, all cannot be done at once. Goes back to no support given from senior leadership;  others would get in trouble if I asked them for help because they have their own tasks to prioritize instead. You can go home and work all you want but there will be no acknowledgement made whatsoever, no employee appreciation. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
This company profile that welcome you expresesly stare that its power and sucess lies in their employees, few or no companies can openly declare that. So you work at their premises with confidence that they prema fácie appreciative to your service.
Company site and warehouse is in total safety cautious state numerous emergency exits, sign posts among others.
Salary is paid on agreed time.
I can clearly state ACI BRANDS INC  is a wonderful place to work.


What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
As an employee you feel the duty  to give your best at all time in return to this good employer treatment given to you as their employee. Otherwise nothing bad you will find

It's a safe warehouse enviroment

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Every body minds his own business except safety isues and when its necessary to approach another employee

I enjoyed working with ACI Brands because my co-workers were very supportive and helpful. When I first joined, I was very new to that type of environment, so many of my supervisors and co-workers showed me how to use certain forms of equipment, where to go when I had a certain issue, etc. As far as the workload goes, I was never forced to do anything outside of my comfort zone or ability. I was tasked with completing tasks such as inventory counts, dealing with shipments, etc. The most enjoyable part of the job was to learn about real professional work environment and that I gained some new work experience.

Driving the warehouse machines to pick up, put away and keeping the warehouse organized all the time, making room for incoming shipments.
I learned many things about the warehouse managements and gained lot of experience from different people of different culture.
Management are nice and cooperative especially the warehouse manager with open door policy.
The hardest part of the job is that you have to handle heavy lifting when you do not have time to call somebody foe help.
Overall I enjoyed working n this company and I am welling to get back.

Be aware - it is  a private company that has not been able to scale its processes accordingly to the size of the business. Overall, employees are underpaid and overworked. This is mostly due to unclear expectations and misalignment in working styles for different leadership departments. They claim to be like a "family". However, favoritism is very evident. I have been here for over two years and there has been no real professional growth or a development plan in place despite many attempts from my end. You will not be appreciated for the work & long hours you put in but "coached" to be more productive. 

Great Entry Level Position. As it was primarily remote and on the road you had to ensure effective time management and prioritize tasks. At first the work place culture was great, however it soon became clear that their was a lot of internal discord, which effected growth and relations within the company, upper management was not aware. There was very little work life balance. However, the discipline and external relationship building that occurred on the job was invaluable.

Overall compensation and work life balance is ok: remember to leave your laptop at work during the week. There are managers that work long hours but that's because there's no structure or process. Also the IT
Infrastructure needs to be updated. 
A lot of the work can be automated. And I don't mean for people to loose their jobs, but to make their work more meaningful rather then spending 80% of their time on data entry.

I had high hopes based on initial discussions, but the experience quickly went downhill. Timelines were constantly pushed without explanation, and I had to follow up repeatedly just to get updates. The team seemed unprepared and lacked basic coordination. In the end, the output was rushed and full of errors. Not worth the time, money, or frustration.

The office environment is not just pleasant, but truly inviting, with a warm atmosphere and genuinely good people. This company excels in providing an excellent starting point for entry-level jobs, offering a mix of professionalism and enjoyment. The camaraderie among colleagues makes it a fun place to work, and there's always something enjoyable happening to keep the spirit high.
