Working at Acropolis Organics is the equivalent of working for your family business. You're exposed to many facets of the company, ideas are encouraged and you're contributing to a common goal that benefits all. 
The owner, a passionate Greek, has an end goal to achieve, however is understanding if you have to tend to a sick child. Despite a few shows/events a year, hours are reasonable and the perks include great for you and great tasting products!

This is a great company to gain experience in several roles at the same time while working closely with all departments. You need to have good time management and organizational skills to keep up with the fast-paced work environment. In turn, you will get many responsibilities which will help you grow professionally. The work hours are good - there are some long days (in the office and during trade show season) but they are balanced by summer hours and some time off in December, on top off vacation days.

I used to work for the company years ago as a food demonstrator and as admin. I can say only good things about working there. The management was great. Their working philosophy and their high ethics really impressed and had an impact on me.
