I worked here for over 3 years and left after I got a new opportunity. The company when I first started was great, it had a good culture and was growing fast, but it started to slow down in all aspects. The typical day at my role did not change, but there was a lot of micro management by the president of the company and he was always changing his mind on processes. Management in the warehouse and office was constantly changing and there was never any stability. There was never any proper training for any department and over the last year, the workplace became very, very toxic. The company is moving backwards in efficiency and refuses to allow any input on processes. Quality and finance department are impossible to talk to or reason with. CSR team and manager is good, my last dispatch manager was good.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The employees are good hard working people.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The President's ego and lack of honesty. Culture of backstabbing throughout company.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Backstabbing amongst management, point fingers for failure and lack of moral within staff.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Basically watching your back. trying to ensure that basic functions are completed correctly.

As inside Sales Rep - Lead generator I was making approx. 120 cold calls per day plus several follow up on warm leads.

Territories include all of Ontario, parts of the US and other parts of Canada.

Hardest part of my job was being to connect with the decision makers, thereby require several attempts.

The most enjoyable part of the job was establishing rapport and thereby securing the lead and appointment

Don't work here waste of TDG training and time I expect you to do all this training all this work they don't want to pay you the money they try to have company lunches and they're super cheap they say they're going to buy company lunches and meals and they don't do nothing you don't want to work here and the coordinator and supervisor is very ignorant very unpolite and very hard to work with

worked as CSR, worse experience , CSR manager baised, supervisor ( brain of CSR manager) guides the CSR team, supervisor is the manager, can letgo and retain whom it want. Quality work does not matter. Tussle within CSR members. Management does not care they just want work to be done. 

New ideas from management everyday. After so many years in business still trying to figure out how to run the business. Constant changes, hard to keep up with changes and carry out your duties, lack of communication. Employees don't know if you will have a job by the end of the day (on everyone's mind). Ok place for short term temp workers - nothing more.

Started in warehouse then moved to office then terminated. No structure to any jobs there and management changes a lot! HR is a joke! The same people looking after profit are supposed to look after people? How does that work? Before I got let go I had a good manager but I think she was the only good one.

Great management,Competitive salary, good place to work. The company has good environment nice people. enough room to grow.
This is a good  company to learn some good skills that will be easily transferable when looking for corporate jobs in the future.

Great corporate culture. Owners, management, supervisors, co-workers are all willing to listen as well as provide good suggestions. 

Facility is well organized and able to accommodate their clients with diverse warehouse and logistic needs.

Owner micro manages employees, changes direction / strategy without notice, seems like your chasing your own tail sometimes and he wants to correct you and then faults the employee.
