most ppl are decent there but company doesn't care for you at all and will openly screw you over

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
the HR is horrible and the managers and union conspire together

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
safety is an after thought as long as you make them as much production as possible

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
stressful not an enjoyable time ever at this place

It's really sad to watch after 30yrs service how the place is run now. It was a great place to come and work each day. Really wish the owners would come and stay there for a yr or more to see how they are lied to and how there money is wasted on a day occasion. 

  Supervisors have no respect there whatsoever. Recommendations are not follow through or even considered .  Work environment in the management area is very toxic and favouritism is highly noted.  Very old school processes.  Like I am talking years behind !  Very unsafe place to work.

Toxic work environment, employees extremely hostile to one another. Management even worse will not hesitate to threaten your job if you dont work more hours, take on more work that does not fall under your job description. Would leave if I could but money is needed.

Enjoy my time and the people at this job.

Can become physically difficult for some people. (lifting 30 lbs bumpers for 8 hours) 
Always understanding

Good place to work and for advancement.  No weekend work as long as the plant can produce parts during the week.  Small team overall.  Salary is good.  Benefits are fair.

It’s unfortunate when a seniority based environment can’t be followed by management. The afternoons supervisor is great. But the rest are questionable & they play favourites. 

The work environment is very easy going, instructions were clear and straight forward, laid back in a way if you worked hard when you needed too. Just do your job right and show up on time and it'll be a breeze.

task given are simple and easy the worker just needs to be quick, some tasks require attention to detail to ensure correct product is transferred to correct box.

work here  underpaid, hot place to work,  the union is not helpful, management is disconnected from work force and communication between management and employee is low
