Its great for some people. Depends how much of the Kool-Aid you drink early on, maybe i didn't buy in enough. My experience was negative. Told I would be given, "baited" with bunch of qualified leads to start with "union leads", after completing training they switched me to giving old phone numbers, people that did not want to be contacted instead. The pitch is a bait and switch as well. Its a free offering then "oh while you are here lets see if you qualify for this exclusive offer..." Not a nice place to work. Very much a cliquey place.   

The pay structure was decent, you can make a lot of money but they take money back quite a bit too cause of clients cancellations

Management was okay, with a high pressure sell-more attitude. You get blamed for everything you do wrong and that you’re not good enough 

Overall a stressful experience and something that you don’t feel good doing, with a constant promise of the dream that never comes

Don’t fall for it

The room for growth is very small with AIL. In the beginning you are lead to beleive the leads are given out equally only to see that you quickly get old washed leads of people who have been phoned numerous times. They let you beleive that they are flexible with the schedule and quickly force you to work hours that are opposite to what you told them you needed. Without a base pay it's hard to live and to find the motivation to continue.

Loved the atmosphere, work ethic (managers would always be on/free for my sits), and positive culture. Dedicated fellow employees. You can work with your leads, fellow employees and all from the comfort of home.

Run, don't walk away from these people. I got sucked into this pyramid scheme. Not only do I feel like a monster for tricking people out of their money before I realized, feel like a complete idiot for being tricked myself..  Don't be fooled.

I had learned management, making good communications, interactions with customers, making phone calls, explaining the offered services, following the instructions of trainers etc. with friendly team members and coaches.

selfish, toxic management team who is only concerned with their own pay and will aggressively push agents to hit quotas. They don't even give you a company email so your interactions with clients are done through your personal mail and phone number

Be careful. There is a reason that so many people have left this company unsatisfied. Bsically you are just working to line the pockets of the upper management.

I enjoyed the freedom of making my own hours and determining what I wanted to make as the job was solely commission based.
