I have been working in this industry for 25 years and I have never worked for a worse company. For my short 1 month tenure there 3 people quit and several were threatened to be fired. They have people in the main office watching the hundreds of cameras installed around the place and if you sit idle for too long they call your supervisor to bark at you. This place is also one of the most unsafe places I've ever worked, there is no LOTO procedure and the health and safety rep is clueless. Someone will be killed here its just a matter of time. The money is at par with the industry but they cant keep millwrights long enough because of this horrible culture.

I found the drivers to be the typical stereotype, most of them were racist and said I was hired because I was white, which I recognized as RED Flag. quit 2 weeks later when the insults were too much to handle and the HR department was not listening to my small complaints about it.  promises at least a 2-3 year old truck or equipment. I was using a 6 year old Truck that needed work and A trailer that was not fit to be on the road but was. Had to have all the tires changed and the ABS system inspected and fixed. So, if you're going to work there, watch your back BIG TIME!

Typically drove into Toronto  and had to manually tarp my loads

Aim Solution is the best of the one world wide software house. That is the Russians company. I learned many more that was the best place for learning like improve your practical skills. Due to most biggest management there was many issue the always deals online. They cannot judge that what the developers needs. So there are many benefits with some headache.

Place had no leadership. Leaders or management had no people skills. High Turnover rate when I was employed there. Inconsistent performance reviews. Very poor training. Worked long hours.

Contract work so no benefits or vacation pay and no EI if the job ends.  Wage is minimal but job is very enjoyable.  I worked as a residential support worker which means I cared for a client in my home 3 days and 3 nights.  I felt AIM could have been more clear about pay and benefits but all in all I loved the work.

AIM was a great company to work for. It's growth oriented and provided path ways to expand my career. I would like to work for the company once I transition from Canada to the  USA.

Aim is a great place to work all the people are helpful with all aspects of the job the equipment is no older than 5 yrs old they also have a uniform program
