Dictatorial approach, Quality manager recently promoted and without respect for the employee, neither as a person nor as a professional. The directives are respectful but unaware of the treatment towards the employee.

A normal day work at AJW Aviation would start on a fast paste review on current rush items which must be addressed before 12AM. Interaction and support from the team would make the day pass fast and joyfully.

No job security in the office.Management has changed recently.Was a very fair company before.Now all management is jockeying for position and attempting to build ivory towers

AJW-Technique is company founded in 2012 Aeronautical MRO repair center for component with 6S culture started 2012 with 12 peoples now 200 worker and  still growing

Plenty to learn as an apprentice. Training provided through a seniority pay and vacation scale. Flexible work hours, overtime friendly, no stress unionized work culture.

not professional un adjusted tools un organized management low quality work performence treatment like a dog squeeez people no time to rest weird team lead narrow minded co workers not recommend.

Excellent company to work with.  Great people with supporting management. I have learn lot of new things and they always encourage people to succeed in their goals

Collaborative. Fast paced environment. Excellent co workers. Fair pay. Good work life balance. Support from management. Big on safety. All in all good experience.

good salary, good interment, but may be not good for the fist job, give the trainings, because of  it's obligatory, all repair documents made in English.
