I have found the Companies that I have worked for are very well aware of the concerns of their employees, and they do try to facilitate everyone. Not everyone is 100% satisfied, and probably never will be, but employees must realize they are at "work", and must make some adjustments for the Company.
So, I go to work, follow all instructions, especially Safety concerns. Do a hazard assessment with my workmates, and discuss solutions, and proceed with our task.
Management also makes everyone aware if safety issues, and urge workers to report injuries or hazards, provide the necessary tools and equipment to make the site safe. As a result there is a safe workplace culture that all workers participate, and the workers can depend on teammates for help in difficult situations.
As a Supervisor, I am available to help anyone that require my help.
The most difficult part of the day for me in making sure all Engineering Documents have been reviewed, Work Permits issued, all LOTO procedures are followed, so the workers are safe to start work.
At the end of the day, when everyone and everything have been accounted for, and there are no risks of workers being exposed to any danger, especially if there is another shift, then you have had a good day and you can say "you enjoyed your day".

Transporting fluids in the oilfields in Alberta & British Columbia. Learned to drive in the backcountry and put chains on before you get stuck. It's a small company that's getting bigger and is having it's growing pains. The hardest part of the job is the long hours and putting chains on which is mostly in the fall and spring. I really enjoyed working at ****** and most of the staff and drivers are great to work with, except for a few which is in every company. I would work for the company before an owner operator. I only say that because of the advantage of hours in the slower periods. The protocol is, 2 company trucks go out,one owner operator is called. Also get the gravy jobs a lot more. The Salary is more than is marked but that's up to you, and what the hours you are willing to work. Mostly at 20% of the billing and paid once a month.

You can certainly use a workplace review where you have concerns but have not been able to pinpoint the particular problem or pathology. its really nice to work at fast food cause theres a lot of things to do that makes yourself busy all the time so that you will not feel bored.i learned a lots with this company like how to have a good relationship with the customers as well with my colleagues.the management is really good cause they treat their staffs like as one family.the hardest part of this job is when the drive thru and dining getting busy at the same time but you will enjoy it beause that part is the most challenging role on this job like you can show how fast you are,how flexible you are and how you can handle customers complain.

Cared for before and after school children, taught mathematics and language arts. I learned how to deal with children in a different level that every child has his/her own progress in learning, respect every child's talent, likes, and dislikes. Managed to deal with every child in a friendly and patient manner. Cooperated with personnel. The hardest part of my job when a parent picks up a child too late without warning. The most enjoyable part of the job when at
the end of the day a child gives you a hug and the parent is very grateful.

This is my own numbered Alberta company. I am an Operations Geologist providing Optns Geo services in Canada and Internationally. 

I have 30+ years experience in the O&G business as Exploration Geologist, Development Geologist, Wellsite Geologist and Operations Geologist. I have worked in the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, as well as Canada.

I am presently available to start work immediately.

Scheduling contractors, sourcing materials, determining the best price for materials, traveling to work site, managing contractors, negotiating with clients, problem solving, material disposal, and running calculations for my manager.  I enjoyed the responsibility and coworkers of the job. I disliked the constant changes clients wanted after an agreement had already been made.

In this job I had many roles like I took a role as a mechanic in which I helped fix the trucks, and clean equipment’s. I have learned a lot of skills that are mechanic related. I have also taken a role in where I made the statements, calculated the drivers pay, helped deal with the contractors, and also helped the company grow in which helped create more work for the business.
