Experience here was phenomenal. I was able to learn and develop relationships with coworkers that I know will last outside the walls. 
The structure could use plenty of work, but they have potential to be a big player in the game when it comes to IT in Windsor.

Most of management is a pleasure to work with, while some have personal agendas, many others have open ears that make you feel like more of a person and less like a tool. I feel that if there was more of a human touch in positions of authority, it would be more inspiring and welcoming instead of fearful.

Employees are treated rather well for the most part, there is a surface of understanding that makes most feel like they are in good hands, but the trust between management and the employees themselves is limited to a surface level. In other words, experiencing personal issues, whether they are related to family, friends, or even fatal sicknesses, rarely go understood. All labor laws are followed with a golden hammer with no sympathy, and this makes it tough to feel safe when issues like these arise.

The hardest part of the job was the lack of structure in the company, nobody knew where to go in terms of advancement because there are no titles. Most days, work was resolved on the fly and there was no solid procedure for anybody to follow.

The most enjoyable part of the job were most of the employees I worked with. The feeling of trust that exists between workers on the lower level is much different than that between management and employees.

Pros:
Solid benefits
Time off/sick days are always granted quickly without much trouble
Management cares even if sometimes if feels like we're paid to be punching bags with clients
Culture is very casual for the most part though there are some cliques/longer term relationships that can come across as favoritism. 
Most enjoyable part of the job is the sheer amount of skills/clients you'll get to practice and experience.
Company events are commonplace and fun.

Cons:
You will be expected to work on things with little training or hand holding for better or worse.
It's easy for people to coast and get away with doing vastly less work than others.
Pay is average.
Depending on your role and department, you will either be micromanaged or left to sink or swim.
Clients are demanding and mistakes will follow you reputation wise.

favoutisim is noticable, they hire new employees based on their relatives that already work there. Very toxic management environment.

Micro Management and lack of experience for people running the company. Too many EGO heads

Toxic Environment. Micro managed

stressful. there were times when i did not want to go to work

AlphaKOR is a company in the traditional sense, but in reality, it is quite a large Family.
You will feel supported every step of the way. Everyone is willing to assist you, or they will bend over backwards to get you the help that you need. If you are a tech or just out of college, this is the place to be. The knowledge that you will gain here is immeasurable for your career.

A growing company that consistently did not give back to their long term employees.  Dictatorship management style in some departments,  Where asking for help meant losing responsibilities, which then equated to lost professional earnings.

This is an excellent company to work for. Management as well as the whole team is fantastic and very collaborative. Good work is highly rewarded and initiative doesn't go unnoticed. Overall, I would recommend this company to anyone who asked.

AlphaKOR is a fantastic place to work. There are lots of opportunities to learn, collaborate, and get involved in company activities and company sponsored community events. The office culture is very inclusive; management is approachable and fair.

Family run company with major nepotism and double speak sprinkled in with a sense of Stockholm syndrome. M

Take the word of customers over their own employees and will fire anyone at any time without explanation. 



Good Place to work but very little money to be made, management has gone through some recent changes that will be better long term, but in the short term its a disaster

It is great place to start and fantastic people to work with. A family oriented management with very helpful partners and higher management. Worked here long time and feel that worth it.
