A Disappointing Experience

Unfortunately, my experience working here was far from ideal. While I appreciated having a job, several significant issues made it unsustainable for me.

No Growth Opportunities: The job lacked any clear career advancement paths. It felt like a dead-end position with no motivation or support to grow professionally.

Dangerous Physical Demands: One of the most concerning aspects was the requirement to lift over 100 pounds regularly. This was not only physically taxing but also posed serious safety risks.

Poor Work-Life Balance: The schedule was demanding, with little consideration for maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life. It was draining both physically and mentally.

Family-Operated Business Dynamics: While family-run businesses can sometimes foster a close-knit environment, in this case, it led to favoritism and a lack of professionalism in handling workplace concerns.

Overall, I would not recommend this position to anyone seeking a healthy and fulfilling work environment.

Despite a good work environment, the company doesn’t offer professional growth opportunities, and the salary is well below that of competing companies. HR management is weak—you’re hired with the promise that benefits will come after six months, but I know people who have been here for over a year and have received nothing. It’s the type of job where you keep looking for other opportunities because you’ll never be valued as you should be. Even If you’re a good employee, you’re just another number.

I had my first job right after college. Looking back, the environment was odd, almost as if it wasn't in Canada. The workers were fine, but management tried to micro-manage everything. This was especially true if you brought up an issue with HR; she had no power at all and wasn't even allowed to approve sick leave or anything. When they laid me off, I wasn't even allowed to say goodbye to my team members. Thank goodness I didn't stuck there for long

I had  a great experience working at  Alta E-Solutions as a Senior Accountant. The work environment was professional and friendly, fostering continuous learning and growth. The leadership was supportive, always encouraging innovation and efficiency. I truly appreciate the skills and knowledge I acquired during my time there.


The management is nice and considerate.
Employees are treated with respect.
You will learn or improve on your IT technical skills here.
A friendly environment.

Management is non professional and rude. Never recommend this company unless you don’t find a job and you have to join them. Secondly it’s a family operated company so they don’t care about their staff.

Management is really great, considerate, respectful and gives its employees opportunities to grow & develop themselves.

Staff is also pretty understanding. 

Managers tried to micromanage. I was made to do tasks that were not even on my job description. Don’t work here. Toxic environment! 
Did not at all enjoy my time here.

Great work environment to improve your current  skills and develop new skills

Overall good nice staff, good platform to boost up your knowledge about latest models of laptops and desktops.
Nice production manager, owners are good too.
