I began primarily entering data, but my role was constantly changing. The company itself is pretty disorganized, largely due to the instructions from higher up.

It was a great place to learn office procedures, though at times got fairly hostile. The Owner of the company would do well to treat her employees with just a little bit of respect. Being called useless and scoffed at hardly inspire people to want to give it their all for their employer.

The hardest part of the job was keeping up with the workload, which got overwhelming at times. There were days where I didn't take my breaks because I didn't want to stay at work for hours after I was supposed to leave.

The coworkers I had were largely great folks though and it was a great place to work when things were running smoothly, but those times were sparse.

Working at AMC is a great experience,  because of all the sales tools available, 
Each dept imworks together for the best xlient experience,  
Mothing is perfect, however the mgmt and owner of the company does as much as can be expected for supporting the staff. 
People that complain or have issues about the company have either outside issues or personal issues. 
If you do your job accordingly, AMC is a good environment and cares about the staff and their families.

One of the worst companies I’ve ever work in this field, the owners and managers are rude and yelling all the time with the employees. The workplace is moved by fear and intimidation all time. No training is provided, too many meetings with no accomplishments a lot of moral harassment from the management and owners, extremely toxic environment and it can be bad for you mental health. Stay away from this company.  even tough the pay is good but poor or no benefits. The management and owners don’t care about the well being of their employees. 

When i start at this company through an agency  I could see they were really busy 

I saw an opportunity and let the boss know i was interested to work there full time 

I have been taught so many different skills  Fork Lift , How to Load trucks , paperwork , calling carriers 

No one ever gave my this opportunity   I am so thankful for the people and all the support. 

GRATEFUL

I have enjoyed working for this group   Lots to do , challenging

I have found the training to be excellent and thoughtful 


I received an agenda on how the training with be implemented and expectations of the end date of training with a "request for more" 

Fun people, quarterly social events 


Management is hands on and overall extremely supportive 
with an open door policy

Company pays well when you join. 
Benefits are below average, environment is toxic, constant yelling, micro-managed, rules change all the time on process, training is provided to do your job as required, going home is the best part of the day because the work culture is frustrating.

My on boarding was fantastic  

i have learned so much from the different aspects of the transportation industry at this company 

Management is all about investing in people who are open, honest , have work ethic and are willing to make a commitment 

I like that and i guess that is why i have seen others and myself flourish at this company

Do yourself a favour and DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER WORKING HERE !
Very angry, cruel and abusive management with a long history of hurting good people and their families as a result.
It doesn’t matter who you are in this company, YOU WILL BE BADLY ABUSED, HUMILIATED AND FORCED TO QUIT OR FIRED

There is a plan and they always include the teams when reviewing this.

It is nice to share in the growth/ planning of a company

The company installed a gym for staff for winter time so we could have time for a walk..But in side
