The company was EXTREMELY unorganized. I was hired and When I went in the first day management wasn’t even aware I was hired so they had no idea what to do with me. After a few months of Working and getting an idea how my day looked it became very clean that AMSI is extremely unorganized, unrewarding, and poorly managed. Some of their crucial workers that their company couldn’t operate without were disgusting underpaid and given false hopes of the future

Turn over rate is ridiculous and hiring through a temp agency says a lot about a company and this one is plain to see. If you have any sort of knowledge or common sense you'd know to stay away!...if your looking for your green card, can't speak English and enjoy stress, stupidity and aggravation then this is for you!

I watched them take advantage of everyone that came through that door. They have no idea how to run a company and there is no appreciation for any work you do. When a major project was landed they started 2 shifts and pushed the guys hard for months. When the job was out the door there was no thank you just layoff notices. There is no safety standards either it is absolutely disgusting.

Do your work, stay away from the overtime stay away from the management and it's a great place.

Advancement leads to over-reliance as well as being taken for granted.

Great starting point for someone new to the industry.

If you do care of your safety, this is the company you should not apply.
Very unsafe working condition, everything is changing and going fast. 
Also you will be forced to work overtime.

I even saw people grinding work piece with cutting disc without gloves and faceshield. My give my score 0 out of 100

You are not appreciated, no respect and a high turnover in staff.  I was there for 3 short months and within that period they lost one third of their staff, they were either fired or quit.  You were constantly asked to perform duties that was not within the scope of your job.
Do not work here

Everyone is quitting for a good reason. Working overtime but bare minimum perks. Messy and inorganized working area and no chance to get promoted. 

Some persons are good and will try to help but many people are starting to resign more and more to higher paying companies.

Collaborative environment, competent professionals and an excellent team of Engineers.  The production line team is focused on quality and challenged to produce even better.  Participative leadership and easy access.

This place has potential. The firm would benefit of a work culture where issues can be escalated in an objective way. Also, the company should look in ways to incentivize employees.
