This is the Walmart of wedding companies. 

Management: Extremely unprofessional and borderline inept. '

They've been trying to pay new employees LESS as the company has continued to grow.. if that doesn't say something to you, I don't know what will.

They pay you 30-60 days LATE...

Also, if you chose to edit videos for this company, they CHARGE you $50 for an 'equipment renal' because you use their computers.. but they don't let you edit at home, so what other choice do you have...



The role demands a high level of commitment, time, and effort, but they literally don’t pay at the end. Management is poor, leadership is lacking, and the work environment feels toxic rather than supportive. The equipment and resources provided are inadequate, which makes it difficult to do the job properly. Overall, expectations are high, accountability is low, and compensation is unreliable.

Stay away from this place 

Great company to pick up skills and break into the wedding industry. 
Management does all the booking and scheduling, you just have to show up and work! The best part is the people you meet, I learned so much from your coworkers. The pay is far based on your experience and reliability.
I will say the work hours are long and say goodbye to your weekends.

This company is run by a dishonest clown. Expect to not have any payment after working 30-60 days. This company has no care for the quality of work they're selling and even less for their employees. Work culture is about as toxic as can be. It's absolutely insane that this company is still around. I feel bad for the couples that let these people shoot the biggest day of their lives. Steer clear my friends.

Late pay. Ego and fear driven workplace. Owner will burst into rants about customers and employees. Most problems stem from the fact that they overpromise and under deliver to clients. Pizza parties are thrown in occasionally to sanitize the horrors of day-day there. 

If you're fresh out of university, in need of a job...... find somewhere else. 

Management is the worst nightmare. Some guy in his late 40's or something with a huge ego. Goodluck getting paid on time if at all even by their standards outlined in a contract. I'd avoid working here even if you are just starting out.

The guy running this company is a sell-off cocky boss with zero work ethics. I feel bad for the clients who pick these guys for their special day
Minimum communication from the organizers which was a total disrespect to my work schedule. They expect you to be ready for work on two days notice.

This is a great company to work for. 
Everyone in the office works well together and is very encouraging towards one another. Management is very flexible when you need time off. Working here with these amazing people is like working with family! 

AMV has been a great job, I have learned so much! Management really trusts my knowledge and choices! It's a great environment to be creative, as the team is very support to your ideas! 

It has been great to work here, I have met amazing people, and have been able to do it while earning good money. I became really good at what I do thanks to the training and constant support.
