Most of Management is fine, it takes a while for you to earn their respect. Everyone will tell you to do things differently and the rules seem to always change making it stressful when it comes to making a confident decision. Certain employees will treat you with no respect and push you to the point where you feel extremely terrible. Even if you go to HR, don't expect any solutions to come to pass. Do not trust others as everyone will willingly talk about you behind your back. Gossip is a huge thing there and prepare for others to throw your name in the mud whether its to your face or when you aren't around. The most enjoyable part of the job in my opinion is when you are given your independence to do your job without the constant and tedious annoyances of others. They like to play the blame game, so be careful as problems may be put on you regardless of if it has anything to do with you.The Hardest part of working there is some of the verbal interactions with management. Most people do not last long, myself included. This place should be a last resort for any person regardless of education or capability.

Work is taxing on the body and the work environment is very poor from poor air quality to lack of proper air ventilation with the air being laced with fumes sometimes very thick.

The pay is $11.40 an hour which is below the standard of what most factory-related jobs pay which is anywhere from $13-$15 an hour.

So essentially the average ANM employee working the line or pack works harder and faster than most Fast food employees and makes about the same which is pitiful as the work at ANM is stressful on the body compared to someone working in fast food who may only flip burgers or place orders. 

As this has been stated by people time in and again the pay should match the kind of work one does. ANM employees deserve better.

I worked at ANM back in 2009. It was my first job ever so I put up with all the BS laid on me. The owners also own the Temp agency, so the $ goes out one hand and into the other. They layed me off just before my 90 days and called me back part time the next day. The boss was an a-hole to say the least. Always talking down on people. Called me an idiot while working. I walked off the site and never came back. the employee turn around in those 90 days I worked was like 2 new employees every week, and 2 gone every week. The forklift drivers are pressured to move fast so they drive way too fast and literally throw skids off the forks

I never, liked the place even when i first started you are often forced to work yourself to the bone and you are hardly compensated for it. The work conditions were terrible i the summer where temperatures would reach 50 C +, and they continue there quick pace with half the staff o heat break. morale was overall low and people were constantly skipping shifts because we consistently worked 6 days a week with no choice in the matter. And above all else Management refuses to admit when they are in the wrong and are unable to effectively correct issues issues in the workplace.

I was 16 when I was hired a few years ago. 
The air is hot and musty, the work was endless and very taxing, and despite being younger and weaker I was yelled at for not keeping up to standard. More than once I was cut by parts, one of which leaving a lasting scar, but when I showed the injuries to the floor manager I was told to walk it off.
Antagonizing workers, frustrating staff that refused to remember time off that was given in months in advance, to ensure time off.

ANM gave me the opportunity to enhance my work experence. I started as a general laborour and quickly climbed the latter straight into inspection/quality control. I worked in quality control for over two and half years. Again opportunity came knocking and I was given the chance to become a Lead Hand. I was also giving several traing courses such as..... cpr/first aid, effective suppervisor training, day force, transporting of dangerous goods

Very dirty dusty unsafe place to work. They don't follow labor laws and you mean nothing to them as a employee. Don't work here unless your family is starving. They will fire you in a heartbeat and ask for a doctor's note even if it's your first day missed in two years.

To be honest, i didnt like anm too much.. the managers would constantly yell and put down there workers. disrespect them and not have any care for there workers or there workers personal life. it was just an overall bad experience working there.

Nothing is perfect but we're good. The atmosphere is a little dingy but the work is fairly easy and people get along for the most part. Time moves at a good pace.

gets overlook, unfair judgment, the hardest part of the job that it gets to hot in the summer, the most enjoyable is working with people that work hard as you, people tend to take the advantage of other over there work load.
