APG-Neuros

To expand my analytical and market business consulting research skills I worked for APG-Neuros, which is a world leader in manufacturing and distribution of high-efficiency turbo blowers for municipalities and industrial markets. At the base, I was able to support the team by nurturing and developing the relationships with agents and combining tactical approaches to tackle problems with RFP and bids.
At large, I elaborated on market analysis in complex sales environments using data analytics tools.

Great place to work because of the people you work with (colleagues). Family run operation - you have have the usual pros and cons that come with such an outfit. Great product with a great rep. network.....could definitely be better managed in terms of people management and motivation. Great Product!!!

Great company with a lot of potential. Everyone is super friendly and you'll learn a lot from their experience. Management is great, they will always take the time to hear you and help you through your career by guiding you. 

Cons on all levels. Do not work there unless you're desperate for anything.
The company is more or less like a dépanneur. The pay is very low, the benefits are very basic and you are expected to work twice more than what you are paid for.

APG Neuros is a good company with a lot of smart people who help support each other to achieve their best performance. There is a lot of room to grow within the company into positions that are fulfilling.

Ideal for Fresh graduates who are looking for good experience and to learn how to work under pressure with tough timelines.

People work in silos. Few communication from management. No workplace culture. Very long hours and no time for breaks. People are tired and stressed most of the time.

You can get a lot of opportunity to learn and you will be pushed a lot to produce a lot of work. Evenly you will start producing what is required but you won't be compensated in the end

APG Neuros is a multicultural company, I had a very pleasant experience working there and i made good friends, very friendly management that care about employees.

good start for new graduate
fair work load at the beginning but become busy later
difficult to deal with the boss, easy with colleagues
HR takes care of too many things, a little annoying
