I’ve worked at the airport properties for some time now and it has been amazing. I have developed so many skills and this job is very rewarding. 

I love being a public area attendant, what we do is we clean the public areas to make the guests first impression memorable.

We assist the housekeepers in daily tasks along with in the evening run supplies up to the guests while keeping the public areas (Lobby, pool, bathrooms, parking lot, etc) well maintained!

I have moved around different departments here at the airport properties. While transitioning the leadership departments have truly been amazing.

I wouldn’t regret working here.

Thought things were going good until one morning I was let go with no explanation. Figured it out later as some employees asked me if I was actually be around today and not like yesterday. Thought that was weird but later figured out that one of my coworkers left the site for a couple of hours the day before and didn't clock out and management probably noticed someone was missing so he probably said it was me to cover himself. I feel an explanation should have given so at least I could have defended myself but no opportunity was given. Be careful working here as it may happen to you.

What is the best part of working at the company?
They used direct deposit. Poor leadership 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not a company for the faint of heart, must have brass balls.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Decent work environment considering the poor culture

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful, production over all else including empathy and employee training to advance in the industry.

• Management is respectful, however, there is a knife behind the back. Cannot trust!
• Very high staff turnover, always trying to cut labor costs while putting much more stress on mid/assistant managers. 
• Unorganized but sometimes all over the place, micro-managing while they seem to celebrate little achievements for no reason. 


Argus has been my family for 4 years, especially the team where I belong. I had the best memories in the company. We had a healthy-working environment which I think is very important for us workers. There were treats every Friday, and I had friendly workmates. I miss those days.

I was employed for 2+ years and was never once thanked for a job well done, no employee incentives and absolutely no good moral between employees and management. On the other-hand, as a part-time employee, I was able to leave early giving me lots of time to go play outside the walls of despair.

I had 2 very dynamic years working with Argus Properties, and everyday had a different set of challenges. I built strong relationships with my co-workers, and the compensation was good. I enjoyed my job.

Working with Argus for 3 years has been a memorable and nice experience for me. I'm missing my job and my team. We were family at work with respect to each other.

Working with Argus for 2 years was great experience. I must say that I have grown professionally. I had plans to stay longer in the company but personal circumstances didn't allow me to. But I miss my job and my teammates. 

Working in Argus Properties for 2 years had been a great experience for me. I've learned new processes and better ways to work with people when issues arise. I have grown professionally.
