It is usual in the office to work in a rush mode. New products required advanced skill and technician has to learn new parameters to operate them. The company management is good in terms of technical and administrative operations. My co-workers was supportive and helpful. The hardest part of the job is learning a lot of things in order to adapt oneself to new technology. The most enjoyable part of the job was seeing your work being assembled and tested ready for delivery to the company's client.

This company is brutally unorganized, nobody is qualified or interested in training new employees. Favouritism is shown to a degree which I have not seen at any other company. Work is not consistent, you either have nothing to do or you are completely swamped. The workplace culture is the worst I have ever experienced, employees are at each other's throats and create an environment of hostility. Management is sales driven to the point where other departments are almost ignored.

-Project reviews, and updates once a week.
-Lots of Standards to read, learn, and apply.
-Managers meet to discuss politics and then work issues.
-Play every day the blaming game with coworkers, and cover yourself with tons of emails as a backup.
-Pressure to deliver with no other technical support.
-Enjoyed work traveling to meet new people.

This was an excellent place to work with a friendly culturally diverse staff. Every day was a new learning experience and a chance to develop problem solving skills. One of the best companies I have ever been employed with. 2 THUMBS UP!

Excellent company with very good benefits. Can be high pressure then slow as it depends on market conditions.
Hard part of the job can be when it slows down. The company is generous and management is good.

The company offers a good salary.  The employees of the finance department are stressed out all the time, it makes them to have a negative attitude and to treat bad to coworkers and subordinates.

Poor Management, backbiting, toxic environment, CEO is arrogant, BC General Manager is not qualified & uneducated,  and be-little you, disorganized, no Job security  low pay, no training. 

Productive and rewarding. 
Overall a strong technical workplace.
Engineering focused, panel shop designer and builder.
Heavily focused on integration projects.

it looks you are a engineer in the ware house, manager is nice but I left because of my supervisor, he is not there any more, the rest of the employees were nice
