AS Precision Machining

Effective team work in a past paced enviornment, CNC machine operation fun, Multi Skilling and independent control over work
In the evening shift I am solely responsible for production and quality control  in addition to the receiving and shipping responsibilities. The hardest part of the job is ensuring quality of the products without affecting the production targets.Recently we had  some non vonformities reported by the customer.The most enjoyable and self satisfying part of the job is the report that none of the non conformities were from the evening shift.

Overall good experience with the organization. learned many things with the organization. Learned how to work as team member and co- ordinate with the team and be an good tea player. being a lead had good experience of managing things and do work on time and deliver things on time as per requirements.

A small manufacturing unit which is growing day by day with inclusion of modern machineries.  A sub supplier  to major auto mobile manufacturers. It is an new experience working in an manufacturing unit experiencing the work culture which was totally an off the road career for me.

Good and clean working environment,helping and friendly co-workers,good management,flexible work timings,chance for learning machines and quality checking procedures.Bad part is about the less payments and no benefits,

first of all the owners are very helpful,  as they understand the workers very well.  the best goodwill for the company is there CRM . they always want to teach their employees new things to enhance the knowledge

Good working environment, good benefits for full time employees. I was working part time at this position. Learned how to mange people face to face not just over the phone in my previous job.

Good company for newcomers to get experience. 
Variety of machines and tools to learn over there.
