There are a few reasons why this company is not recommend. But some of the main reasons are; they will offer you high pay and then reduce the pay based on company needs, there is no privacy/respect (pretty sure they had a camera and voice recorder installed while I was on my trips, and safety doesn't do anything about complaints, fuel card in the yard never worked while they ask you to make sure refer is filled, the dispatch will give you incorrect information and you will end up going to the wrong location, dispatch will push you to break the 11 hour rule and drive one shot 16 hours. These are few reasons and I would not recommend.

The workplace is very supportive and friendly people across all departments of the company. Everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand and that's quite pleasing experience.

Overall the workplace environment and workload is manageable. The only concern would be the space in the Lunch area as it gets a bit crowded sometimes. 

One of the things I appreciated most about the company was the fun and playful atmosphere that was cultivated. From office decorations to team-building activities, there was always something to look forward to and enjoy. The company also had a strong sense of community and frequently organized events and outings that allowed us to bond and have fun together outside of work.

This company is very very cheater company if you start with them as owner operator they will get from you at least 60 pages which are not possible to read and understand and they will give you all fake promises by speak and when you started the work with them the star to break all fake promises .I advise to you never come here for work

I've worked at truck companies before and it's safe to say that so far ASL has been listening to us in terms of driver requirements. I have personally dealt with a lot of issues in the past when in comes to dealing with the management in my previous companies, but the ASL management seem to be doing a decent job.

ASL has a lot to offer. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Fast paced work allows the days to go by quick. Colabritve team environment and I have learned a lot since I started here. They offer a competitive salary and benefits.

Good experience, professional, productive, open to new ideas that are best for the benefit of the company. Fast paced work environment drives a person to come up with the motivation to move forward in a positive manner.

Misleading information of what to expect, and broken promises. Get everything in writing... Unprofessional management, labor law infractions, unethical favoritism and discrimination.

Working environment was very good. Since i was a payroll administrator time was very important factor for me to complete my task on time. Workplace was good.

People in the company are surprisingly nice towards each other and less toxic. I would've loved to see a bigger lunch area as that is the only drawback I notice as opposed to the benefits.
