This place is a joke. It’s known in the industry as a store that is in chaos. The leadership is terrible. The managers can’t stand each other and one of them is actually a toxic person. The owners don’t seem to care what happens there and everyone is left to fend for themselves without any management support. 
They have too many salespeople on the floor and don’t sell enough cars to make it worthwhile. Absolutely zero communication-and that is not an exaggeration. 
Avoid this place.

Worked at this toxic company for many years. Very poorly managed company. Would highly recommend not to apply at this location. Flexible time is only given to certain people. Parts personnel are bully’s . Work load is not distributed evenly. Hours are very low . I felt like I was dropping my kids off at kindergarten but seem like they were dropping me off instead.

The company has declined significantly during my tenure. My advice to anyone who gets a call for an interview run do not walk. Pay plan makes it impossible to earn in the slow season unless you have a large book of business. Work feels very unproductive in this dealership. Also lacking the resources that bigger dealer groups offer to their salespeople.

Either the management is extremely easy going or they just dont care about having a high performing team. Everyone does whatever they want without any consequences. They are always short staffed and a few team members are taking over everyone's responsibilities. 

Everyone there were very friendly and i enjoyed meeting lots of different people every day while doing the shuttle i learned that everyone has a different way of thinking,and loved to work with different cultures, and the most enjoyment of the job was going to meet a different person everyday.

say goodbye to your job description, place is severely understaffed management at the mavis location does everything they can to make life better but all progress will be wiped clean by the service manager nevash who I think has the most backward approach to leadership  

Great family run company.  Service department is tough to work for.  Great pay potential, but they have hired too many technicians, and now there is usually not enough work to go around.  Poor support from service department management.

Everyone works as a team and are caring to ensure the best is done for both parties. Management is always available, benefits are great for ensuring employee satisfaction.
