What is the best part of working at the company?
On Fridays lunch was provided.

Lack of proper equipment for the assigned duties. Lack of knowledgeable upper management. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Some good people work there! However everyone shakes their heads at the planning and lack of communication. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful. Without the proper equipment for the duties it made the job a lot harder then the same duties are at other employers.

Good mind set and mentality on there leaders

Straight forward, saftey oriented and never rushed

I started to work for Abalone in March off 2021 and have enjoyed working here I need minimal to no supervision get to plan my days depending on work load I prefer long hours which I get spring /summer / fall my days start at 5:00 - 5:30 an till 7:00 pm 99% off the people at Abalone are awsome but there is always 1 rotten apple in every box 

Working here has been an incredible experience! The team is supportive, and the management truly values employee growth. There are plenty of opportunities for professional development, and the work-life balance is great. The company fosters a positive and inclusive culture where everyone feels valued. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stable and rewarding career!

Spend more time with paperwork than doing a job. Zero appreciation for a job well done. A typical day, is cut grade, move to a different area, then come back and redo the work because it was wrong. It’s always survey fault. 

Generally a good crew. You will always at least have a few good eggs in the bunch.  Down side is schedule is weather dependant, but that's the trade so not their fault.
